Michael P O’Brien – Owner / Broker

Michael O'BrienMichael is a founder of O’Brien Benefits & Financial Services. He brings more than 18 years of experience to the firm, working with Small Groups and Individuals to acquire the best insurance products to fit they needs. Michael also has been recognized with a variety of industry awards over the years.

Michael is a member of the National Association of Financial Advisors, The Purcellville Business Association, and Local Volunteer Fire Fighter for more than 25 years. Michael resides in Purcellville, Virginia with his wife – Margey, his son & daughter.

Margaret O’Brien – Owner / HR Consultant

Virginia HR Consultant Margey O'BrienMargey’s focus is assisting companies in recognizing that solutions to most business issues can be resolved through positive people practices. She has demonstrated success through excellent organizational ability, proven communication skills and the development of practices and policies that support the goals of a specific business.

Margey has a keen understanding of the need for quality customer service from her experience in the hospitality industry. She has excellent capabilities with day to day management, employee relations, recruitment, legal compliance issues and meaningful benefit programs.

Joe Lindstrom – Agent

After spending over eighteen years in the Risk Management business as a top executive with a passion for customer service, Joe has entered into the Life, Health and Annuities field.  Joe has dedicated his life to helping other’s with his community and national service as a former member of the US Army Special Forces, Police Officer, Fire Fighter and Cub Scout Leader. He graduated from Villanova University with a Master’s in Business and Human Resources.  Joe is married and lives in Leesburg with his three sons and just welcomed the birth of his daughter in December.  Joe is a current member of the Purcellville Volunteer Fire Department as well as Braddock Heights Volunteer Fire Department in Maryland.

Travis Boaz – Marketing/Administrative

Travis has been with O’Brien Benefits for over a year and provides the marketing, web site and database management for the team. Travis has 14 years of marketing and database management experience while working for two of the top Real Estate teams in the world. Travis is also a Volunteer Firefighter in his hometown of Purcellville VA.

 

 

 

Jean Muller – HR Consultant

Virginia HR Consultant Jean MullerMaximizing the potential found in early stages of an entrepreneurial start-up or enterprise, Jean works with clients to build expandable, results oriented HR practices. She also provides professional coaching to senior leaders, including CEO’s and founders.

Jean has worked with both large and small organizations and focuses primarily on assisting small businesses as they strive to increase their overall effectiveness through solid, people programs and good communication.
